• All the timber we use for our decks are treated for termites and is the best quality timber available that will not rot your newly built deck.
• We either use treated hardwood or a H3 treated LVL to build a new deck, which is best used for long spans
• LVL’s are also a better option as they are light for handling and milled perfectly to size so your new deck does not have any waves over the floor and stays as straight years later as it did when it was first built.
• We use a class 1 merbau decking suitable for outdoor construction on new decks, boardwalks and pathways.
• If you are looking for a low maintenance deck we can provide you with a composite decking boards that does not rot or need painting
• Our clients can have the option of choosing the type of decking and colour they require
• The stairs we build off your new deck can be hardwood treads with steel stringers or a full kwila set with timber balustrade
• If a roof is required over your deck we can build a flyover roof with timber rafters, solarspan roofing and timber roof trusses with a lined ceiling
• All our fixings are galvanized nails and bolts to stop any rusting and will not stain and leave discolouration on your new decking.
• All our clients have the choice of being cleaned and 1 coating of dimension 4 & 3 coates of Sikkens or left raw for the client to do at a later date

• The choice of handrails are ladies waste top rail, breadloaf top rail or square hardwood top rail. All of which have timber slats and standard bottom rail
